Just a reminder to take better care of our minds, so that chronic stress doesn’t grow and evolve into a chronic disease 🌼🌼.

I know I’ve said this before but this bears repeating: More than anything else, stress has evolved into the greatest contributory factor to lifestyle disorders. There are so many ways that stress leads to obesity, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, autoinflammatory disorders, and a lot more.

Taking the time out to relax, unwind, recharge and just destress is still frowned upon in many circles, but even corporate entities are warily recognizing how important it is to reduce stress in their employees.
