There are so many theories and literature around seed oils vs saturated fat oils, each theory sprouting conflicting views like plants on steroids: Its truly confusing!
Without going into too much depth at the moment, let us just focus on two very basic points:
🌺 The word “refined” in the world of food is not a good word. It basically means that the food has been so highly processed that it has likely lost most of it’s nutritious value.
🌺 Every oil has a different fatty acid profile, and since fats are essential for us, its better to use at least 2-3 different types of oils in your cooking (but only one at a time!).
