Traditionally, gut microbiome was considered as crucial for our gut health, but now its role is also being linked to mental health (gut-brain communication), weight loss, heart health, and a reduced risk of several chronic diseases.🌺

And how do we maintain a healthy gut microbiome?
It’s good to start with the basics: Include one probiotic (containing friendly bacteria) at least once a day in your food. One of the easiest ways to achieve this is to have curds daily.🌺
